摘要 将对表达谱基因芯片的原理、分类、技术流程、优点和在动物基因组研究中的应用以及存在问题作一综述,并对其应用前景进行展望。 Gene expression profile chip is a kind of gene chip. It has many advantage include the great scale, high throughput, demagnify and so on. It allows expression monitoring of tens of thousands genes in parallel. It has become an increasingly popular tool to investigate the function of animal genes. The research advance in the principle, classification, technical process, advantage and its application in animal genome of gene expression profile chips were reviewed. Furthermore, the problems faced with and the application prospection were also discussed in the paper.
