摘要 通过分析有流型流态改变的热输原油管道的流动特征,用数学中的组合方法证明管道中有43种流型流态组合并给出组合图;建立了用二分法计算有流型流态改变管路最小输量的数学模型。采用二分法具有公式简单、对函数性质要求不高、稳定性好等优点。根据所建模型研制的程序系统可完成43种组合的工艺及最小输量计算,具有广泛使用性,为计算有流型流态转变热油管路的最小输量提供了方法。在此基础上,研制出一整套程序系统并给出了算例。 Through analysing the flow characteristics of hotoil pipeline in which flowtype-flow form.changes exist and using combination method in mathemat ics, it is proved that there are 43 kinds of flow type-flowform existed in the pipeline and combina tion charts are showed. By using of dichtomy, the author sets up the mathematics model of minimum transportation quantity for the pipeline in which flow type-flow form changes exist- Using dichtomy has several advantages such as simple in formulas,not very high in requirement on function quality and nice in stability etc. The program system de veloped according to the model can compIete forty three kinds combination technology calculation and the minimum transportation quantity calculation. It can be used extensively and supply a method to cal culate minimum transprotation quantity for hot oil pipeline which flow type-flow form changes exist.On this basis the author develops a set of program system and shows a calculation example.
