摘要
将改性的β分子筛用于固定床半再生重整催化剂的研究。结果表明,在重整催化剂中引入适量、适当硅铝比的β分子筛,可以改善催化剂的性能;β分子筛上引入适量的磷,可以调变β分子筛的酸分布,使β分子筛的强酸中心向中强酸和弱酸转化;引入改性的β分子筛,可以为催化剂提供部分酸性,减少反应过程中的补氯量;加入改性β分子筛对催化剂的比表面积、孔体积和金属分散度没有明显改变,但对孔径分布有一定的影响,使半径大于0.5 nm的孔有所增加。
The modification of zeolite beta and the incorporation of the modified zeolite into the Pt-Re catalyst for semi-regeneration reforming process were investigated. Test results showed that the acidity of zeolite beta could be altered by treating with diammonium phosphate solution. It was found that with the increase of phosphorus content in zeolite beta, the number of strong acid sites decreased and the number of medium and weak acid sites increased subsequently. Thus, new catalyst containing appropriate amount of modified zeolite beta with a SiO2/Al2O3 ratio of 27 exhibited improved activity, stability and coke resistance performance. It was also observed that less chlorine addition was required during the reforming process. Except for some changes in pore-size distribution, e.g. the number of pores with a radius of greater than 5.0 nm increased, no obvious change in metal dispersion and specific surface area of the new catalyst was observed.
