摘要
基于网络的案例教学是现代远程教育的形式之一,是开放教育法学专业教学模式改革的方向和重点。本文结合兰州市电大法学专业教改的实际,探讨了基于网络的案例教学的方法与策略,以及网络上的案例教学法在法学专业课程教学中所起到的“三导四助”作用。
