基因芯片技术及其肾移植临床中的发展与应用

摘要 目的:基因芯片是指在固相支持物上将大量DNA探针以微阵列的方式固化,已标记的样品与之杂交,通过检测杂交信号,计算分析,得出样品的基因信息〔1〕。它包括DNA芯片和cDNA芯片,该技术包括4个方面:芯片的制备、样品的制备,分子杂交和检测分析。由于它具有高通量的特点,为解析肾移植中复杂的基因调控网络提供了一项崭新的技术手段。本文综述了基因芯片技术在肾移植组织配型、排斥反应、免疫抑制剂肾毒性、术后感染等方面的初步应用。
