摘要
尽管青年骨干教师和学科带头人所体现或追求的教师人格形象有所不同,但从教师成长的全程来看,都是教师专业化进程中的必经阶段。我们应该抓住新一轮基础教育课程改革的契机,完善教师人格形象,加快小学青年骨干教师向学科带头人的转变。
The title of young core teacher and the leader of a school subject arose in succession in primary schools of our country. Although images of teachers' personality are different to some extent, they are an inevitable phase of specialization from the perspective of teacher's growth. In view of the above-mentioned facts, we should make full use of the reform of elementary education to perfect the personality of teacher, and speed up the change of young core teacher to the leader of a school subject.
