摘要
CAS initiative to upgrade its management information system （MIS） is makingsignificant progress. Recently, 116 CAS subordinates have completed their online trial operation of a MIS project at the Academy, called Academia Resource Planning （ARP）, marking an important phased achievement of the initiative.
