摘要
由于科学技术的广泛应用,人类在自然界面前获得空前的主动地位,人类的生产、经济、军事等实践活动对自然生态环境产生着越来越巨大而深远的影响。科学技术会积极推动人类社会的发展,但它也有另一面,会给社会带来潜在的不良影响。科学技术本身是中性的,应该全面认识科技的影响,正确认识微技术。
As a result of the broad application of science and technology, the humanity obtains the unprecedented initiative position in front of nature. The influence of the practice activity of humanity＇s production, economy, military and so on that produces to the natural ecological environment is being huger and huger. Science and technology can positively impel the development of human society, but it also has the other aspect, it can bring latent blight to the society. Science and technology is neutral, we should comprehensively know the influence of science and technology, correctly understands the micro＇technology.
