摘要
针对某型飞机起动系统设计需求,运用考虑摩擦和传热联合作用的方法建立了某型发动机起动管路系统计算模型。根据起动系统的附件分布、管路走向和工作环境,计算了在发动机起动供气管路系统(辅助动力装置-管路系统-空气涡轮起动机)匹配条件下,满足起动机进口最小压强要求的起动包线。分析了压缩性和传热对起动包线的影响。计算结果表明该飞机发动机起动系统在一定海拔高度满足设计要求。为了满足更高海拔高度的起动要求,在管路不可变更和最大引气流量一定的情况下,可选取比较陡峭的辅助动力装置特性曲线。
Purpose. In high altitude region, the start system, consisting of APU (Auxiliary Power Unit), pipeline, and air turbine starter, must be very carefully designed with friction (the friction between air and pipeline) and heat transfer (heat transferred from pipeline to surrounding air ) properly considered in its design. Our simulation study aims to provide a method of calculating engine starting envelope for such design. In the full paper, we explain in detail our method of calculating engine starting envelope; in this abstract, we just give the two topics of our explanation: (1) the model of start system; (2) calculation model and governing equations; the needed mathematical equations derived by us are eqs. (1) through (9) in the full paper. We used our calculation method and obtained, for a certain type of aero-engine, starting envelopes (ambient temperature vs altitude curves as shown in Fig. 5 of the full papers), which correspond respectively to one APU of higher performance and another APU of lower performance. For the highperformance APU, the start system can ensure starting of this type of aero-engine at an altitude of about 2 600 m, when the ambient temperature is -50°; when the ambient temperature is +50°, it can be started at an altitude of about 3 600 m.
