摘要
为综合利用开发硼铁矿资源,模拟硼铁矿高温选择性还原-熔融分离铁硼工艺的渣组成,用化学试剂合成配制B2O3-MgO-SiO2-Al2O3-CaO渣样,在ZC-1600型高温综合测试仪上,用双柱联称法同时测定熔渣的密度及表面张力。结果表明:在1460~1500℃密度为2.5±0.5g·cm-3表面张力为0.4~0.6N·m-1。其密度及表面张力均随渣中MgO含量的增加,或随SiO2量的减少而增大,随温度的提高而变小。
In order to utilize the resource of ludwigite, a separation art was simulated.The density and surface tension were measured by the method of double-cylinder continuous measurement on the ZC-1600 multifunctional unit for high temperatures.Slags of B2O3 -MgO-SiO2 -Al2O3 -CaO system used were prepared with chemical reagents.The results show that the density varied in the range of 2.5 ± 0.5gcm-3 at 1460 to 1500℃,and surface tension in the range of 0.4 ~ 0.6Nm-1. The density and surface tension increased with increasing quantity of MgO in the slag or with decreasing quantity of SiO2,and decreased as the temperature increased.
