摘要
为了验证超滤系统对于西柏坡电厂循环排污水的耐受性、超滤与反渗透联合工艺的可行性,进行了现场试验和验证,并确定了超滤与反渗透系统的最佳运行工况.研究发现:在实现换向和小循环的方式下,超滤膜能较长时间地稳定运行,且超滤膜出水水质达到了渗透的进水要求.
Feasibility and optimum operating conditions of ultrafiltration followed by reverse osmosis were tested through a series of trials. With exchangeable feed direction and additional inter-circulation, the quality of the permeate met the criteria of feed water for the RO system. The UF & RO treatment is feasible in supplying water for boiler feed water treating system, The UF & RO system worked well in a series of trials.
