摘要
本文比较了银行主导型和市场主导型两种金融系统,阐述了两者趋同的国际趋势及金融系统中间模式的思潮,在此基础上提出金融系统视角下我国商业银行金融控股集团化的深远影响和战略意义。
The essay made a comparison between bank-based and market-based pattern of financial system,and elaborated the international consistent tendency between them and the thought of middle mode, then further indicated the profound influence and the Strategic significance in the financial holding company establishment of commercial bank from the view-angle of financial system.
