摘要 为了提高小内径线簧孔检测的精度和效率,研制了基于计算机视觉检测技术的线簧孔内径测量系统。该系统采用环形LED双光源照明的光电检测装置,提出了内径的图像处理算法,并以VC++6.0为软件平台,完成了整机的研制。系统的内径测量范围为0.5~4mm,测量重复性精度达±2μm,操作方便,测量快捷。 In order to increase the precision and efficiency of the inner diameter measurement for small springwire socket, a system based on computer vision is developed. The ring LEDs are used as the double sources in this photoelectricity system. A new image processing method is put forward to calculate the inner diameter. The software of the system is designed by VC++ 6.0 to complete the whole system. The experimental results show that the measuring error of this system is ±2 mm in measurement range of 0. 5-4 mm. The system is characterized by easy operation and high speed measurement.
