摘要
为了把三维计算机辅助工艺设计与铸件凝固模拟集成在一起，在统一的三维模型上进行设计计算和模拟分析，作者采用离散法计算铸件各组成部分的体积和非散热面积，进而求出铸件热节部位的模数，并利用经验公式计算浇冒口系统。另外，亦可利用三维凝固模拟来校正铸件铸造工艺，以保证其合理性。
Disperse method has been used to calculate casting volumn and non radiant area to obtain moduli of hot spot in castings and gating system obtained by empirical formula based on simulation analysis and calculation on a union 3D model in order to integrate 3D-CAD of technology with casting solidification simulation,which can also be used to correct casting technology to assure its reasonability.
