摘要
北京市信息化城市管理系统依托GBCP的城市管理新模式,采用“1+8+N”的系统架构,符合“一个目标”“两条主线”“三个主体”“四个和谐”的城市管理和谐模式要求,在信息化城市管理中发挥了重要的功能。
Guided by new pattern of GBCP city management, the Beijing Informational City Management System （BICMS） has been implemented under the framework of ＂1 ＋ 8 ＋ N＂. This system is implemented according to the demand of the harmonious pattern, which can be summed up as ＂one goal＂, ＂two master lines＂, ＂three main bodies＂, ＂four harmonies＂. BICMS play an important role in the information based society management.
