摘要
以Pd-Bi/C为催化剂、空气为氧化剂的条件下,对催化氧化羟基丙酮水溶液制备丙酮酸钠的工艺进行了研究。羟基丙酮来源于生物质裂解水相产品。考察了反应温度、催化剂种类及用量、pH值等对反应的转化率及选择性的影响,同时还考察了反应速率随时间变化的规律。最后对丙酮酸钠的析出过程以及羟基丙酮催化氧化的反应机理进行了探讨。
The catalytic oxidation of hydroxyacetone waste liquid obtained by fast pyrolysis of biomass to sodium pyruvate were studied. Effects of catalysts, reaction temperature, and pH on the oxidation were investigated and the relatively optimum reaction conditions were obtained. In addition, the relationships among reaction time and conversion rate was established. Finally the precipitation process of sodium pyruvate and the reaction mechanism of hydroxyacetone oxidation were discussed.
