摘要
通过试验研究和生产实践,分析了圆柱齿轮在热处理过程中的畸变机理,提出了减少畸变的相关措施。检测结果表明,圆柱齿轮热处理畸变得到有效控制,并简化了机械加工工艺。
The distortion mechanism of cylindrical gear during heat treatment has been studied through certain experiments and practical production. The proper measures to reduce the distortion have been presented. It is indicated that the distortion of cylindrical gear can be controlled effectively by using these methods and machining process is simpler.
