摘要
马克思恩格斯的新闻思想蕴涵着深刻的(?)理。他们的出版自由思想为新闻传播法提供了人性、民主、法治的法理基础;新闻真实思想为新闻传播法确立了新闻真实原则;马克思恩格斯关于新闻的阶级性、党性与人民性统一的思想是新闻传播法社会责任原则的基本指导思想。马克思恩格斯的新闻思想是马克思主义哲学、法学和政治学思想在新闻传播方面的贯彻,是社会主义新闻立法的重要思想资源。
Marx＆Engels＇ thoughts of press are rich in jurisprudential significance. The thought of the freedom d press provides jurisprudential basis of h.man nature and democracy and the role of law for the law of press. The thought of authentic news establishes itself as the principle of the authenticity of press in the law of press.The thought of the unity of the class character and party spirit and people character of the press is the basic guiding ideology of the social responsibility ofthe law of press. Marx＆Engels＇ thoughts of press are the important ideology resources of the press legislation of our country, which can be traced to the same origin with their philosophical thoughts, jurisprudential thoughts and political thoughts.
