摘要
文章介绍的移相全桥谐振变换器拓扑,结构简单、成本低、效率高,容易实现软开关和较低的电磁干扰。输出部分采用Class- E倍流谐振整流器,这种整流器适合工作于高频谐振变换器拓扑,具有低损耗、高效率、低EMI的特点,且其倍流式结构适合于低压大电流输出电路。控制部分采用单周期控制方法,能有效提高电源的动态响应。文中分析了这种移相全桥变换器的工作原理,并给出了仿真电路图,最后用实验结果验证了理论和仿真分析的正确。
This paper presents Phase shift Full bridge resonant converter for telecom power supply. The proposed topology has fewer components and improves the efficicncy and has little EMI problem. The output use class-E double current rectifier. Employing the one cycle control is to improve the dynamic response. The paper analyzes the basic principle of the circuit and gives the simulated circuit and results. At last, the results of the experiment proves the analysis of converter.
