摘要
合成了一种用于PVC的新型的Ca-Zn热稳定剂。通过刚果红法、混炼机研究了新型液体Ca-Zn热稳定剂对PVC的静、动态热稳定性的影响,并研究了其用于PVC制品时的透明性能。结果表明,新型液体Ca-Zn热稳定剂应用于PVC的动态、静态热稳定性及透明性均好于市售的液体Ca-Zn热稳定剂。
A new liquid Ca-Zn thermal stabilizer for PVC was synthesized. Static thermal stability of PVC intermingled the liquid Ca-Zn thermal stabilizer was studied by Congo red method, dynamic thermal stability was studied by plasticator. Transparency of PVC products intermingled the liquid Ca-Zn thermal stabilizer was tested. Results show that static thermal stability, dynamic thermal stability and transparency of PVC intermingled the new liquid Ca-Zn thermal stability are better than the selling liquid Ca-Zn thermal stabilizer.
