摘要
目的了解老年病房护士出现“夜班护士麻痹症状群”(night nurses’paralysis)现象的现状,并进行心理干预,提出治疗措施。方法随机抽取老年病房护士50名,通过自行设计问卷形式进行调查,在心理干预4周前后进行比较,行统计学分析。根据护士的不同年资分为护士、护师、主管护师3组,心理干预前后根据症状改善程度,组与组之间进行比较,并进行统计学分析。结果心理干预前,有“夜班护士麻痹症状群”症状表现者42人(84%),无症状者8人(16%)。心理干预4周后,有“夜班护士麻痹症状群”症状者41人(82%),无症状者9人(18%),无统计学意义(P>0.05);但心理干预前,护士、主管护师症状较护师症状轻,进行心理干预后各组症状均减轻,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年病房夜班护士急需心理干预及社会支持,以减轻“夜班护士麻痹症状群”症状。
Objective To bring forward the effective management for the syndromes of night nurses＇ paralysis by investigating and analyzing the status quo of the nurses with night nurses＇ paralysis syndrome and carrying out the psychological intervention in the elderly ward. Methods By the form of the questionnaire designed by the investigator, 50 nurses in the elderly were randomly enrolled and investigated. Before and after the psychological intervention, the 50 nurses were compared and subjected to a statistical analysis. According to the difference of the nurse＇s longevity, the 50 nurses were classified into three groups： the nurse group, the senior-nurse group and the director-nurse group. The groups were compared and analyzed statistically, which focused on the improvement on the syndrome of paralysis in the night nurses after the psychological intervention. Results Before the psychological intervention, 42 nurses （84%） had night nurses＇ paralysis syndrome and 8 nurses （6%） had no syndrome. After the four-week psychological intervention, 41 nurses （82%） had night nurses＇ paralysis syndrome and 9 nurses （18%） had no syndrome. There is no significant difference （P 〈 0. 05）. However, the nurse group and the director-nurse group had much lighter syndrome than the senior-nurse group before the psychological intervention. And after the psychological intervention, the syndrome was decreased in all the three groups with a significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions In order to relieve the night nurses＇ paralysis syndrome, the psychological intervention and the social support for the nurses at the elderly ward are very necessary.
