摘要
为了提高大中型柴油机连杆模锻件质量,通过对中国南车集团资阳机车厂生产的16V240、16V280型等大中型柴油机连杆模锻件在蒸汽———空气模锻锤锻造时易产生的模锻件高度尺寸超上差,连杆的工字形杆身、圆弧过度处、大头平面周向折叠及连杆大小头孔中心距超长等质量问题进行了分析,并从工艺、模具设计角度总结了要解决连杆模锻件几种常见质量问题应选取的技术参数,经过长期大批量生产经验表明:是由于工艺、模具设计不当造成的,只要选取合理的技术参数,一些常见质量问题可以得到很好解决。
A connecting rod is the important part of diesel engines. Good or bed quality of them concerns with the reliability of diesel engines directly. In order to improve the quality of connecting rod die forgings of large-middle size diesel engines, this article through the introduction of situation about large-middle size diesel engines takes 16V240, 16V280 type as the typical which is produced in our works to analyzes the forming reason that easy produces several common quality defects when connecting rod die forgings are forged in the steam-air die hammer, such as that the height of die forgings exceeds the upper limit of tolerance, the" I " shape bar body, the passing bands of an arc and periphery of big end plane in connecting rod occurred folding appearances, the center distance of hole between big end and small end of connecting rod exceeds over the dimension etc. It summarizes that the technical parameter should be chosen to solve the quality defects of connecting rod die forgings from the view of technology and design of dies. By means of the rich experience gained from a large quantities of production for a long time, finds that the most quality defects of forgings are caused by the improper technology, design of dies, as long as the proper technical parameter is chosen, these common quality questions can be solved quite well.
