摘要
电容层析成像(ECT)技术是目前最具发展前景的多相流参数检测方法,可进行多相流相浓度、流型、流量等参数的在线测量。介绍了12电极ECT成像系统的测量原理及设计方法。研制了一种交流激励的微电容测量电路,该电路具有较强的抗杂散电容性能,结构简单、容易实现等优点,较好地解决了电子开关的电荷注入效应对测量分辨率的影响问题。实验表明:电容测量的分辨率可达5.5×104pF。
The electrical capacitance tomography system is known as the best measuring method of multiphase flow at present. It can be used to calculate the fraction and identify the flow pattern and flow quantity in multiphase flow. The measuring and design theory of 12-electrode ECT system is studied in this paper and a method of AC-based low capacitance measurement is developed. With the advantages of strayimmunity, simple structure and easy implementation, the circuit cancels out the effect of charge injection on resolution. Test results showed that the actual resolution is 5.5 ×10^4 pF.
