摘要
本文针对某厂加工车间的实际需求,通过对被监控对象的详细分析,采用数据采集模块、RS485总线和组态软件来完成数据的采集与处理,基于集成的观念,设计并建造了一个柔性制造过程的状态监控系统,该系统实现了模块间、系统间以及信息间的集成。
In this paper, a condition monitoring system in flexible manufacturing is designed and built for the actual requirement, this system is based on integration notion, detailedly analyzing the monitored and controlled object. The parts that is intelligent module, RS485 bus and configuration software are exploited for completing data acquisition and processing .
