摘要
人际情报网络分析是企业竞争情报研究的重要内容,个人人际情报网络分析是其中一种重要分析类型,它尤其适合于中小企业行动者。本文在前期研究“基于结构洞理论的个人人际网络分析系统研究”基础之上,选取一个中小企业为研究对象,利用所开发的分析系统,对该企业行动者的个人人际情报网络进行了分析,并提出了若干利用和调整其人际情报网络的建议。实践证明,对中小企业行动者实施个人人际情报网络分析,有利于行动者理清和调控自身人际情报网络,同时也是我们将竞争情报研究成果应用于企业实践的有益尝试。
Human intelligence network analysis is an important content of competitive intelligence research. Egocentric human intelligence network analysis is an important category of the analysis categories, and such analysis category is especially applicable to the actor of small and medium enterprise. This paper bases on our prophase research "A Study on the Structural Holes Theory-Based Egocentric Network Analysis System", uses our analysis system to analyze the egocentric human intelligence network of a small and medium enterprise actor, and then puts forward some advices on how to use and adjust his egocentric human intelligence network. Practice has proved that the egocentric human intelligence network analysis on the actor of small and medium enterprise is beneficial to the actor to know of his human intelligence network, and has proved that we have had a good try to apply our research fruit to the enterprise practice.
