摘要
利用DSC技术研究了轿车丙烯酸清漆的固化反应动力学参数。研究发现:清漆固化反应活化能为30 kJ/mol,反应接近一级反应机理。由此进一步建立了固化温度,反应时间与清漆固化反应程度之间的关系式。DSC研究结果清楚表明:丙烯酸清漆在140℃条件下20min可达到完全固化。
The kinetic parameter of the curing reaction of acrylic varnish was investigated using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) technique. It was found that the energy of activation was 30 kJ/mol and the reaction approached the first order. From this, the relationship among curing degree, curing temperature and curing time was established. The results from DSC analysis showed clearly that the acrylic varnish would cure completely at 140℃for 20 min.
