摘要
简要总结工程设计对造价的作用，指出影响工程造价的因素，阐述造价偏高的根本原因，提出控制工程造价的有效方法，达到把投资控制的观念渗透到各项设计管理和施工技术措施中，使之推向另一个里程碑。
The affection of management of project design to the fabrication cost is generalized simply. It points out the factors of affecting project cost, represents the ultimate reason of cost on the high side and puts forward the availability method of controlling project cost. It will let the point of controlling invest infiltrating the every design management and construction technique measures. This will make it becoming a landmark of project cost.
