摘要
随着改革开放和社会主义市场经济体制的深入发展,社会主义物质文明与精神文明建设取得丰硕成果,广大农村的民主法制建设也有长足进步。但与农村经济发展步伐相比,农村法制建设相对滞后,还存在不少问题和薄弱环节。当前,在广大农村有必要通过加强法制建设来维护农村社会稳定,促进农村两个文明建设的发展,加快推进建设社会主义新农村的步伐。
With the policy of ＂reform and opening＂ and development of socialistic marketing economy, the construction of demoocracy and legal system in rural areas has made great progress. But the delay of legal construction has caused problems comparing with the economic development. So it is necessary now to strengthen its eonstruction and prccnote the development of ＂two civilizations＂ in rural areas.
