介绍小浪底大型水电站进口水轮机叶片裂纹的发现、原因分析和相关试验以及处理措施的全过程，并概述了由此引发的合同争议和索赔的处理过程及采用的策略，可为国内进口机电设备合同的执行及后期争议处理提供借鉴。
It is an introduction of the whole course of founding, cause analysis, pertinent test and treatment of turbine blade cracks imported for Xiaolangdi Water Power Station, a brief expression of handling of contract dispute and claim due to the turbine blade cracks and of tactics used. It is also used for reference of others who may handle dispute during a contract of imported mechanical and electrical equipments and post contract dispute treatment.
