摘要
目的:山茱萸多糖的分离纯化及活性研究。方法:山茱萸经热水提取,去蛋白、超滤、醇沉、真空干燥得多糖粗品,经DEAE-32、SephacrylS-300HR柱层析得到精品多糖CSZP,并对CSZP进行免疫活性研究。结果:精品多糖CSZP均一,分子量为8.1×104,可明显增强细胞因子IL-2生物活性。结论:山茱萸多糖分离纯化工艺的建立及其免疫活性研究结果为以后进一步研究和开发山茱萸多糖提供了便利条件。
Objective: To study the isolation, purification and biological activity of polysaccharide from cornus officinalis Sieb. et Zucc. Methods: The crude polysaccharide of Comus officinalis sieb. et Zucc. Methods: The crude polysaccharide of Comus officinalis, were extracted with lot water and precipitated with ethanol and k was further purified by DEAE- 32 ion- exchange chromatography and Sephacry1S- 300HR gel filtration chromatography and CSZP was obtained. Results: CSZP was homogeneous by Sephacryl S - 300HR column chromatography and the molecular weight was 8.1 - 10^4. Immunological activity assay indicated that CSZP could improve the biological activity of cytokine IL- 2. Conclusion: The establishment of purification techniques and the result of immunological activity research laid a foundation of actual application for CSZP in future.
