摘要
测定了花生酸的氯仿溶液在二次蒸馏水气/液界面的单分子膜的表面张力与单分子面积的等温线,用布儒斯特角显微镜原位监测了花生酸分子成膜过程中单分子膜区域形貌的动态变化.结果表明:花生酸单分子面积约为0.23 nm2,崩溃张力为57 mN.m-1;花生酸两亲分子在二次蒸馏水为亚相的气/液界面上,先聚集形成岛状区域分布,然后随着表面张力的升高,进一步形成完整有序排列的单分子膜,该单分子膜具有较高的稳定性.
The surface pressure-area per molecule isotherm of 0. 001 mol·L^-1 arachidic acid (AA) chloroformic solution at the air/liquid interface of pure water has been measured, and dynamic domains morphology of AA monolayer has been investigated via Brewster angle microscopy (BAM). The results indicate that the mean molecular area of AA is about 0.23 nm^2, the collapse pressure of the monolayer is 57 mN· m^-1. When monolayer forms at an alr/liquid interface, arachidic acid molecules assemble just as islands are linked together at the beginning, then they form a whole condensed monolayer, and the monolayer of AA is of very stable property.
