摘要
[目的]观察面神经炎早期治疗，肾上腺皮质激素及维生素全身用药与局部给药对愈后及疗程的影响。[方法]选取就诊及时（发病后1～3天就诊）的120例病例，随机分成2组。治疗组60例早期予翳风穴位注射配TDP局部照射；对照组早期采用静脉、肌注及口服给药。[结果]治疗组治愈50例，对照组治愈38例，总有效率都为100％；平均治愈疗程治疗组为2．36个疗程，对照组为2．92个疗程，经过Ridit分析及X2检验，两组总有效率差异无显著性（P〉0．01），治愈率及治愈疗程差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。[结论]早期面神经炎采用翳风穴位注射配TDP局部照射较传统治疗方法能提高治愈率，缩短疗程，减少激素用量。
[Objective]To study if we treated early facial neuritis patients with ACH and vitamin, what the difference of prognosis and treatment course was when the drugs were given systemically from locally. [Methods]To select patients 120 cases who advised a doctor promptly in one to three days from onset and divide them into two groups at random. Sixty cases of treating group accepted Yifeng acupoint drug-injection therapy added with TDP local radiation as early as possible; and the same cases of contrast group accepted drugs iv,im and orally at the same time. [Resuhs]Fifty cases in treating group and thirty-eight cases in contrast group recovered. Both of the total effective rates were 100%. The average recovery time was 2.36 courses in treating group and 2.92 courses in contrast group. There was no obvious difference of the two groups in total effective rate according to statistics of Ridit analysis and χ^2 chi-square test （P〉0.01） ;contrarily.there was obvious difference in recovery rate and treatment course （P〈0.01） [Conclusion]The recovery rate of Yifeng acupoint drug-injection therapy added with TDP local radiation in early stage of facial neuritis is greater than that of normal method, the treatment course is shorter and the treating dose of hormone is smaller.
