摘要
介绍500 kV变压器重瓦斯动作事件的经过、同类型气体继电器抗震动能力测试情况。分析认为,引起该变压器重瓦斯动作的主要原因是较大的合闸励磁涌流引起主变线圈器身振动所形成的油流扰动,引起该合闸励磁涌流明显偏大的原因主要与变压器的剩磁过大有关,提出了现场控制变压器剩磁的方法。
The operation process of the heavy gas protection of a 500 kV transformer is introduced, as well as the antiseismic strength testing for the heavy gas protection. Analysis shows that the main reason for the heavy gas protection operation is that the large closing excitation inrush current caused vibration of the transformer coil body and thus created oil flow turbulence. The closing excitation inrush current was large because the residual magnetism of the transformer was overly large. The method for field control of transformer residual magnetism is put forward.
