以人为本、促进人的全面发展是科学发展观的本质和核心。以育人为本、促进学生全面发展是教育的核心任务,在德智体美教育中,要把思想政治教育放在重要战略地位,坚持德育为先,通过教书育人、管理育人、环境育人,促进学生全面发展。
It is the essence and core of the view of scientific development to take people as the basis and to achieve an all - sided development of them. To take educating the students as the basis and to promote their all - around development are the key tasks of education. In the moral, intellectual, physical educations, ideological and political education should be put at an important strategic position. Priority should be given to moral education. Students＇ all - around development could be achieved through teaching, management and the environment.
