摘要
分析了山东花生生产和加工等方面的优势和问题,在此基础上提出了进一步提高山东花生竞争力的对策。主要包括:①搞好突破性品种的选育和品种的布局与更新;②建立优质花生生产基地,确保花生产品的优质和安全性;③成立省级花生协会,促进花生产业健康发展;④进一步提高花生深加工水平,提高花生食品的竞争力;⑤加大科研投入力度,通过自主创新提高花生产业的技术含量。
Based on analysis of the present major problems and advantages of peanut production and process in Shandong, this paper put forward several development measures to improve Shandong peanut competitive ability. These major measures including： ① Making effort to breeding selection of broken-field varieties, paying attention to the distribution and renew of peanut varieties; ② Building the high quality peanut production base to make sure the high quality and security of peanut products; ③ Forming provincal peanut association to accelerate the fine development of peanut industry; ④ Enhancing peanut further process level and competitive ability of peanut delicatessen; ⑤ Strengthening the scientific research investment and enriching the techique content of peanut industry through independent invention.
