The reliability is one of the basic product quality goals, also is an important quality symbol, and the most active factor to affect the product quality. It has become the focal point for the competition between industrial enterprises and the national defense departments. Therefore, the reliability is taken more and more attention by various countries. This article introduces the idea of electronic products reliability design, the collection and the analysis of reliable data, and the reliability design method.
