多回不共端高压输电线路互感参数的带电测试

摘要 提出一种用于带电测量输电线路互感参数的新方法。该方法采用全球卫星定位系统(GPS)送出的时间同步信号作为各测量点的同步采样基准,解决了不同端线路互感参数带电测量的同时性问题。文中对该方法进行了理论上的分析,对用于带电测量互感的计算机系统的硬件组成进行了介绍。 A new method of mutual inductance measurement for multicircuit non conterminous H V transmission lines (MNTL) is presented.This method is able to synchronize the samplings of voltage phasor measurement at an accuracy within 1μsec at two or more remote substation,by means of the global positioning system(GPS),which solve the simultaneous problem of mutual inductance measurement for MNTL.The mutual inductance algorithm is deduced and the main components of measurement system is introduced in this paper.This system has been put into practical use in measurement of a 220kV power network near WuHan,HuBei province,China.
