摘要
目的观察阿魏酸钠(SF)治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床效果。方法早期DN患者54例,随机分为常规治疗组和阿魏酸钠治疗组,测定尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)和空腹血糖(FBG),比较两组效果。结果①治疗前,阿魏酸钠治疗组患者血ET-1、UAER、BUN、SCr、FBG与常规治疗组比较均无显著差异(P>0.05),而与健康对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。②治疗4周后,阿魏酸钠治疗组UAER、BUN和血ET-1水平均显著下降(P<0.05)。而常规治疗组UAER、BUN和血ET-1水平治疗前后差异无显著性(P>0.05);③阿魏酸钠治疗组和常规治疗组治疗前后比较,FBG均显著下降(P<0.05),组间比较血糖值无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论阿魏酸钠能降低DN患者UAER和BUN,其机制可能与其减少ET-1的生成或拮抗ET-1与其受体结合有关。
Qbjective To investigate the effect of sodium ferulate on early diabetic nephropathy. Methods 54 DN patients of early stage were randomly divided into two groups：the conventional treatment group and the SF treatment group.Indexes, including urinary albumin excretion rates （UAER）, serum endothelin - 1 （ET- 1 ）, blood urea nitrogen （BUN）,serum creatinine （Scr） and fasting blood glucose （FBG） were observed. Results ①The levels of serum ET-1 ,UAER,BUN,Scr and FBG were changed insignificantly in the SF treatment group compared with those in the conventional treatment group （P〉0.05） before treatment,but were increased than those in the control group（P〈0.05 ）.②The levels of UAER,BUN and serum ET-1 were decreased in all DN patients ,after treated with SF for 4 weeks （P〈0.05） ,but changed insignificantly in those treated with conventional treatment.③The levels of FBG were decreased in all DN patients, either the SF treatment group or the conventional treatment group after treated for 4 weeks （P〈0.05）, but were no significant difference in group comparison （P〉0.05）.Conclusion SF can decrease the levels of UAER and BUN in DN patients.The mechanism is that it may diminish ET-1 production and antagonize to the binding of ET-1 with its receptors.
