摘要
餐饮业员工是对顾客服务最直接的人,提升员工满意度是提高餐饮服务质量的保证。因此,餐饮管理者要全面把握和满足员工需求,把关心员工落实到实际行动中,还要运用好激励方法。实践证明,除了给予员工基本的物资激励外,运用恰当的精神激励方法,对提升员工满意度效果明显。
