胰管结石的内镜诊断与治疗探讨 被引量：14

摘要 胰管结石（pancrealic ductal stoncs,PDS）在临床上较为少见。近年来随着影像学和内镜技术的迅速发展，PDS的报道逐步增多。PDS主要依靠B超、CT、及ERCP、MRCP（magnetic resonance cholangio-pancreatography）进行诊断，多数患者确诊后需手术治疗。近年来，我科对PDS患者进行了内镜诊断和相应治疗，取得了较好的疗效。
