摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)在原位肝移植术后监测中的价值。方法应用彩色多普勒超声观察24例原位肝移植术后患者(1)肝形态大小、实质回声,肝内管道系统的情况,同时对血管内血流参数进行测量;(2)脾脏和肾脏的形态大小、内部结构回声及血流分布情况;(3)胸、腹腔有无积液及量的多少。结果各项监测指标随着时间而有所改变,同时为临床治疗提供帮助。结论彩色多普勒超声是原位肝移植术后监测的首选影像学检查方法。
Objective To discuss the value of CDFI for monitoring orthotopic liver transplantation.Methods Totally 24 cases with orthotopic liver transplanation were observed on CDFI,including：（1）Shape,size,echoes,ducts and blood parameters of the liver;（2）The shape,size,echoes and blood distribution of the spleen and kidney;（3）Fluid in the thoracic eavity and abdominal cavities.Results All indices changed along with time,which were helpful for clinical treatment.Conclusions CDFI was the first modelity for monitoring orthotopic liver transplantation.
