摘要
报告1例结节性皮肤狼疮性黏蛋白病。患者女,42岁。患有系统性红斑狼疮,在其病程中双上肢伸侧和背部出现许多肤色或暗紫红色丘疹和结节,伴瘙痒半年就诊。皮损组织病理学检查示真皮胶原纤维束间有大量黏蛋白沉积;电镜检查示真皮成纤维细胞周围有大量无定形物质沉积。
A case of nodular cutaneous lupus mucinosis is reported.A 42-year-old woman presented with multiple,elevated,skin-colored,or dark erythematous to violaceous papules or nodules on her upper extremities and back during the course of systemic lupus erythematosus.Histologically,there were a lot of mucin depositions between collagen bundles of dermis.Electron miocroscopically,there were a lot of amorphous material depositions around the fibroblast of dermis.
