摘要
HBV为了在患者体内持续存在,它们必须逃避宿主的免疫应答,因此了解HBV引起的慢性肝炎的自然进程和其特点及HBV逃逸机体免疫监视的可能机制,对掌握其致病机制十分关键,可为慢性HBV感染患者的临床治疗提供指导。
To survive in hepatitis B patients persistenfly, hepatitis B virus takes many ways to escape the host＇s immune responses. The nature progress of chronic hepatitis B virus infection is complicatedly. It is very impoitant grasping the characteristics of the natural progress and mechanisms of hepatitis B virus escaping the individual＇s immune surveillance in learning the pathologic mechanisms of HBV. Therefore, these findings probably offer clinical significance for treating the chronic hepatitis.
