摘要
目的:探讨B超对上消化道穿孔的诊断价值。方法:应用B型超声探测上消化道穿孔10例并经临床及手术证实。结果:胃穿孔7例,十二指肠穿孔3例,超声诊断符合率90%。结论:B超可明确诊断腹腔游离气体及腹腔积液,对诊断上消化道穿孔有重要参考价值,为诊断上消化道穿孔首选方法之一。
Objective To probe into the diagnosis value of B ultrasonic waves. Methods To apply B ultrasonic waves to detect 10 cases of upper enteron perforation and prove it through clinical and the surgical operation.Results 7 cases of stomach porforation, 3 cases of duodenum perforation, ultrasonic diagnosis accord rate was 90%. Conclusion B ultrasonic waves can examine celiac dissociate air of a patient and celiac accumulate liquid definitely,which has important value for diagnosing upper enteron perforation and is the first choice for diagnosing upper enteron perforation.
