摘要
社会主义新农村建设是一项具有长期性、艰巨性、复杂性的任务,在建设社会主义新农村的过程中,必须正确处理以下五个方面的关系,即处理好加强党对农村工作的领导与村民自治的关系,加大政府支持与提高农村自我发展能力的关系,实现工业化、城镇化与保护资源的关系,促进经济发展与促进社会事业全面发展的关系,建设文明村风与扬弃传统习俗的关系。
Socialistic new countryside construction is a duty with protracted nature, arduousness and complexity, in the course of building socialistic new countryside must accurately deal with the relationship from the five facets, in terms of handling well the relationship between reinforcing the guidance that party takes to countryside work and villagers autonomy; between accelerating government sustaining and promoting the capability of countryside）s self-development, the relationship within realizing industrialization, to be in township and protecting resources, the relationship between urging economic development and prodding social affairs entirely develop, and the relationship between erecting civilized countryside style and picking traditional custom up.
