摘要
目的探讨青光眼小梁切除术后浅前房的原因,掌握处理浅前房的时机。方法对147例179眼青光眼患者,就青光眼小梁切除术后浅前房的发生程度及眼数给予相应的治疗。结果179眼发生浅前房47眼,占26.3%。结论术后浅前房是一种常见的并发症,结膜渗漏、引流过畅、脉络膜脱离、睫状环阻塞性青光眼是小梁切除术后浅前房的主要原因。手术结束时前房重建、术后及时治疗浅前房是关键。
Objective To explore the cause of shallow anterior chamber after trabeculectohumor leaking, choroidal detachment and malignant glaucoma are the main causes of shallow anterior chamber after trabculectomy. Careful operation good reconstruction and timely management are crucial to decrease the complications. Conclusion shallow anterior chamber can not be fully preventable, but its happening can be minimized. Find out causes and deal with them before it happens.
