摘要
目的探讨听神经瘤患者脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)变化规律及应用价值。方法对听神经瘤患者做BAEP检查。结果33例听神经瘤肿瘤例BAEP异常率100%,最常见为Ⅰ波缺如或异常,以及Ⅰ波甚至Ⅱ波以后所有成分缺如或异常,其次为Ⅲ波选择性缺如或Ⅰ-Ⅲ峰间潜伏期延长。非肿瘤例BAEP异常率88%,为Ⅲ-Ⅴ峰间期延长,Ⅲ-Ⅴ/Ⅰ-Ⅲ比值异常,或Ⅴ波缺如。结论BAEP测试对听神经瘤的诊断具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the regularity of brainstem auditory evoked potential （BAEP） changes and its application value in patients with acoustic neurinoma. Methods The routine BAEP tests were done in 33 patients with acoustic neurinoma and the results were analysed. Result The abnormality rate of BAEPs was 100% on the tumor side, mainly showing that Ⅰ waves were absent or abnormal and all waves after Ⅰ wave even Ⅱ waves were absent or abnormal, secondly showing that Ⅲ wave were selectively absent or Ⅰ - Ⅲ interpeak latencies prolonged. The abnormality rate of BAEPs was 88% on the side without tumors, mainly showing the prolongation of the Ⅲ - Ⅴ interpeak tatencies, abnormality of Ⅲ - Ⅴ/Ⅰ - Ⅲ ratio and the selective disappearance of Ⅴ wave. Conclusion BAEP determination may be of great significance in the diagnosis of the acoustic neurinoma.
