摘要
对马尾松切根、菌根化容器育苗效果的试验表明:催芽切根的苗木的主根和高生长受到一定抑制,但地径生长、侧根发育及须根数量均有显著改善,并且避免了畸形根系的产生,从而提高了容器苗的规格质量;切根茵根化的苗木高、径生长和生物量积累均优于切根未接种菌根的苗木,幼苗造林成活串和幼林生长发育状况也明显比对照要好。
The experimental results revealed that the main root growth and height growth of germination-hastening and root-cutting seedlings were inhibited to a certain degree. but their ground diameter growth,lateral root development and fibrous root quantity significantly improved; and the height growth,diameter growth and biomass accumulation of root-cutting mycorrhizaized seedlings are finer than those of root-cutting seedlings wit hout being inoculated mycorrhiza and the planting survival percent of the seedlings and the growth development of the young forest are also obviously better than those of the control.
