摘要
自来水厂加氯系统分为前加氯和后加氯。前加氯系统采用流量比例前馈控制,后加氯系统具有大时滞,鲁棒性差的特点,用传统的PID调节器达不到满意的控制效果。本文在后加氯控制系统中提出了采用模糊控制的方案。并和传统的数字增量式PID控制器进行了仿真比较,从仿真结果和工程运用的实际情况来看,使用本方案取得了很好的控制效果。
Chlorination system in waterworks can be divided into two parts: front chlorination and back chlorination. Front chlorination system adopts the flow proportion feed-forward control while back chlorination system has the characteristics of a big-lag and a poor robustness. So, applying the traditional PID regulator cannot achieve a satisfactory control effects. On account of this, the paper puts forward the scheme in which the fuzzy control is applied in the back chlorination system. Comparing the simulations of the fuzzy controller and the traditional digital inerement PID controller, from the simulation results and the practice of project application, a good result is achieved.
