摘要
目的:观察半导体激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(diabeticretinopathy,DR)的疗效。方法:应用半导体激光对138例260眼DR患者进行视网膜激光术,术前行视力、裂隙灯、眼底、眼压、眼底荧光血管造影(fundusfluoresceinangiography,FFA)检查。术后随访1a。结果:视力提高81眼(31.1%);视力无变化169眼(65.0%);视力下降10眼(3.9%)。其间6例7眼病情不同程度有所发展,且均血糖控制不良,高血压、高血脂。结论:半导体激光视网膜光凝术治疗DR疗效确切,效果佳。
AIM: To evaluate the effect of semiconductor laser in treating diabetic retinopathy (DR).
METHODS: Semiconductor laser was used in the retinal laser surgery for 138 cases (260 eyes) with diabetic retinopathy. Visual acuity, fundus and intraocular pressure (IOP) were examined, and slit lamp exam and fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) were performed before operation. Postoperative follow-up was la.
RESULTS: Visual acuity was improved in 81 eyes (31.1%), remained unchanged in 169 eyes (65.0%) and decreased in 10 eyes (3.9%). Retinopathy became worsen in 6 cases (7 eyes), with bad blood sugar control, hypertension and high levels of blood lipids.
CONCLUSION: Semiconductor laser is effective in treating diabetic retinopathy.
